Hi, I'm Isabella.
I'm an author, copywriter, and yogi-in-training.

I grew up in small-town Connecticut but dreamed of big-city life – specifically, big-city life with a tropical twist! So, I landed in the 305, honing my journalism skills at the University of Miami.

I interviewed everyone from Billy Corben (director of the Cocaine Cowboys documentaries) to Chris Korge (the DNC’s Finance Chair), plus professional ballerinas, fashion designers, celebrity chefs, entrepreneurs, and activists.

In 2021, I published my first book “Stranger Love: Young People’s Stories of Finding Connection Online,” a splashy self-help adventure through the world of dating apps.

After immersing myself in the Miami PR scene, I retreated to the peaceful foliage of Connecticut, where I’m a freelance copywriter and aspiring yoga teacher amid my 200-hour training. Knee-deep in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, my love for self-development is only growing stronger.
